TERMs & CONDITIONS

1. Membership and Access
Memberships at Fitness for You grants you access to exclusive sections of our facility during operating hours.
Access may be restricted or revoked for failure to comply with these terms, or for inappropriate behavior.

2. Membership Fees and Payments
Membership Fees are due on a monthly/yearly basis (depending on what you pay for), and MUST be paid in full price to maintain the active membership status.
Payments can be made via designated methods as outlined by Fitness for You.

3. Membership Cancellation and Refunds
Memberships can be cancelled with a notice period as specified in the membership agreement.
Refunds are NOT provided for membership fees already paid, except where required by law.

4. Gym Rules and Conduct
Members must adhere to all posted rules and regulations of Fitness for You.
Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or damage to property, may result in membership termination. (Answers #1.)

5. Use of Facilities
Gym equipment must be used in accordance with posted, physical, or verbal instructions from our staff members, and for its’ intended purpose.
Cleanliness and hygiene are expected; members ARE responsible for cleaning equipment after use.

6. Health and Safety
Members must ensure they are medically fit to undertake exercise programs and use of our facilities.
Fitness for You is not liable for injuries sustained on its premises except where negligence is proven.

7. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the member, not us; Fitness for You is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Lockers are provided for temporary storage; items left overnight may be removed by staff members.

8. Privacy Policy
Personal information provided to us is solely used for membership and operational purpose, we would never ask you for anything more than that.
Fitness for You adheres to all applicable privacy laws and regulations regarding member information.

9. Amendments to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, so members will be notified of recent changes.
Continued use of our facilities after said updates implies and constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
