Welcome to “Fitness for You.” By accessing or using our facilities, services, or participating in any programs offered by us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk:
You understand and acknowledge that physical exercise, fitness activities, and misusage of gym equipment will involve inherent risks of injury or illness. You voluntarily accept and assume all risks, dangers, and hazards associated with participation.
2. Health and Safety Responsibility:
You agree to use our facilities and equipment in a safe and responsible manner. You acknowledge that it is YOUR responsibility to consult with a physician before starting any exercise program, and you warrant that you are physically able to participate in our programs.
3. Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release “Fitness for You”, its’ owners, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in our programs or use of our facilities or equipment.
4. Personal Property:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please secure your belongings while using our facilities.
5. Code of Conduct:
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner towards other members and staff. We reserve the right to terminate your membership or access if you engage in anything that is remotely close to inappropriate behavior inside of our gym(s).
6. Membership and Fees:
Membership fees and terms are outlined in your membership agreement. Fees are subject to change with notice. Membership may be terminated for non-payment or violation of our terms.
7. Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Glossary of Legal Terms. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Glossary of Legal Terms.
By using our facilities/services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these rules and constrictions.
